A certified approach to fitness

Mara Moen understands the importance of exercise science and safety. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Senior Strength Specialist, and is both CPR and AED Certified. She’s passionate about growing and learning, adding to over 20 years of experience working with the aging population, and is committed to empowering individuals to live their best life safely and independently.

Aging Well Fitness works with women (age 50+) to design a program tailored to meet your fitness goals, needs, and any physical limitations that you may have. In home fitness programs can be designed to help improve your core strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, build muscle, and overall health.
