Minnewaska Meats & Catering

Minnewaska Meats is here to help when you have to entertain, but don’t want to cook! We make it easy to plan your menu and our prices are sure to please.

Our backyard style barbeque catering is perfect for graduation parties, family get-togethers, reunions or corporate events. We’ll take care of everything, right down to the plastic plates, knives, forks and napkins. Grilling is on-site with our wood fire pellet grills to accommodate events with up to 100 guests. For larger events, we incorporate additional charcoal grills and/or a smoker.

All items include choice of two sides, pickle spear and condiments. Lemonade & coffee are also included.
Optional Dessert for additional fee: Cheesecake; fresh baked Cookies or Brownies from Brooten Bakery

Do It Yourself!

We make it easy and affordable to serve up an excellent meal for your guests without a lot of hassle. Simply choose your meat and add a couple of your favorite sides. Price is per pound and we’ll help you determine how much is needed to satisfy your party crowd.

• Meats: Deli Roast Beef, BBQ Roast Beef, Pulled Beef, Pulled or Sliced Pork, BBQ Pulled Pork, or Pulled Turkey (5-6 buns per lb; 1 1/2 buns per person)
• Salads: Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Italian Pasta Salad, Summer Fresh Pasta, or Three Bean Salad (1 gallon will feed 32-40 people; 8 lbs/gallon)
